Shipping guide

All UK shipping will be next day delivery, except weekends and bank holidays. For all other shipping destinations pricing and an estimated delivery date will be given during the checkout stage.

UK

Orders recieved before 12pm (midday) will be aimed to be shipped on the same day. Orders recieved after 12pm will be shipped the next except weekends and bank holidays. For example, if you place an order on a Friday at 3pm, your order will be shipped on the Monday.

Upon delivery a signature may be required. If no one receives your order or if it will not fit through the letter box, the delivery courier will leave a card giving the item number, date, time they called and the address of the nearest depot. The package is then your responsibility to collect or organise a redelivery. Please bear in mind when placing your order:

• The size of the parcel and if it will fit through your letterbox.
• If you are likely to be in your work place on the delivery day, think about sending your order there.

If an undelivered parcel remains unclaimed, it will be returned to us. If you still do not contact customer services, we will refund your order except the delivery charges.

Europe

Orders recieved before 12pm (midday GMT) will be aimed to be shipped on the same day. Orders recieved after 12pm GMT will be shipped the next except weekends and bank holidays. For example, if you place an order on a Friday at 3pm, your order will be shipped on the Monday.

Delivery to Europe is usually 1-5 working days with certain countries such as Greece taking up to 8 days.

Please note that customers respective countries customs and/or laws may require for you to pay duty or charges on imported shipments. This is completely out of Drunknmunky's control and we cannot accept liability for these charges.

Rest of World

Delivery outside Europe can take up to 12 days.

Returning garments

1. Download and print the returns form
2. Fill this out making sure you include your order number and the style numbers of the garments which are being returned.
3. Use the addressed label on the invoice and send it back to us. The return delivery is not freepost
4. A courier such as DHL or Royal Mail is recommended.
5. As long as we receive your returned items at most 14 days after your initial delivery we will issue a refund which could appear in your account up to 30 days after we've processed your return.

We will sometimes include promotional offers with your order such as free merchandise or garments. When returning your order these must be included. We reserve the right to deduct the value of promotional items from your refund if not returned

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item follow the same steps as returns and fill out the exchange section of the returns form along with style codes for each garment included in the exchange.
